Apna Contract Check Karo – Bahut Zaroori Hai
Agar aap fixed-term employee hain toh apna contract check karo ki usme “Fixed Term Employment” specifically likha hai ya nahi. Yahi wording aapko 1 saal ki gratuity eligibility deti hai.
Agar contract mein yeh clearly nahi likha toh aap permanent employee category mein aate ho aur 5 saal ki rule apply hogi.

Gratuity = (40,000 × 15 × 3) ÷ 26 = Rs. 69,230
Pehle yeh amount Rs. 0 hoti kyunki 5 saal poore nahi hue. Ab nayi rules ke tahat aapko Rs. 69,230 milenge.

2026 Mein Nayi Rules Kya Aayi Hain
Code on Social Security 2020 jo November 21, 2025 se effective hai, usne teen important changes laaye hain: Paytm
Pehla Badlav – Fixed-Term Employees Ke Liye 1 Saal: Fixed-term employees ab 1 saal ki continuous service ke baad gratuity ke eligible hain. Lekin yeh rule sirf fixed-term contract workers ke liye hai – permanent employees ke liye 5 saal abhi bhi compulsory hai. Paytm
